Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers including UPS and USPS. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Economy Shipping (US & Canada): FREE on all orders
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-12 business days within the United States
  • Canada Delivery: 7-14 business days

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Order Modifications

Once an order is submitted, we’re unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot offer refunds or reshipments for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
